I may never go New Home Shopping across portals and websites again with my Autonomous AI Shopper. Manus's new AI Agent did all of the homework. I just gave it a single prompt and it searched dozens of portals and builders websites, did the browsing, navigation, clicking, typing and filtering (watch its actions in the right panel). Then, it generated comparison reports complete with links and contact information. Unlike other AI, it doesn't need directions. It just accomplishes the desired goal with the "executor" agent delegating tasks to "subagents". Teamwork makes the homework! Big plus is that I didn’t have to click on ads or register (unless I wanted to) as AI gathered the desired information from other website sources (ie community, realtor websites). Manus did this in about 10 minutes (would've taken me hours). Ultimately, most website traffic may be from AI shoppers and there will be initial conversations between AI buyer's agents and sales agents. Humans will start their shopping later and lower in the sales funnel - shortening their arduous shopping journey. So make your websites appealing to both human and AI "eyes"!
