Today, on National Philanthropy Day, we’re reflecting on the power of community and kindness. ?? With the support of our incredible customers and associates, we're thrilled to share that our fall campaign for the The Kids Mental Health Foundation (KMHF) received over 2M donations totaling $1.79M! Last month, we held a special fundraiser for the KMHF's Kindness Kits, raising over $107,000 in just four days. With these funds, we provided 4,287 kits to schools, each packed with resources to support kids who need it, reaching 128,610 children! Year-to-date, we've raised nearly $4M for the KMHF. This Veterans Day, we are honored to celebrate the incredible veterans who are part of the Big Lots family. Their service has shaped who they are today—and the values they bring into our stores every day inspire us all. We asked a few of our veteran associates to share their stories and what being part of Big Lots means to them. Thanks to the kindness and support of our customers and associates, together we've raised more than $2 million so far this year for The Kids Mental Health Foundation, providing critical resources for kids, parents, and educators nationwide.
