Closed! This was one of the craziest deals to date, we originally found the lead by door knocking tax deed properties and the owner happened to be outside and said he wanted to sell, he did not even have a cell phone we had to purchase him a phone to communicate. There were unpaid property taxes that led to the property almost going to auction. We had to pay off the taxes to cancel the sale, the probate process also almost held up the sale as well as missing titles for the mobile home, multiple squatters, code violations, you name it this property had it!
