As our Associate Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in expanding our online presence, increasing sales, and engaging our passionate Big Green Egg community. You’ll collaborate with eCommerce, marketing, sales, and creative teams to optimize digital campaigns, manage paid media strategies, and enhance customer loyalty. What You’ll Do: - Digital Media & eCommerce Strategy – Develop performance-driven digital strategies to boost brand awareness, website traffic, and conversions. - Paid Media Management – Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across social, search, display, and video. - Retention & CRM – Lead email marketing, automation, and loyalty programs to drive engagement and repeat customers. - Analytics & Optimization – Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and make strategic recommendations to maximize ROI. I have some exciting news to share with my network. I am coming out of retirement and joining my client, the Big Green Egg Company full-time. My position will be as their 1st Head of People and Culture, reporting to the CEO, Dan Gertsacov. BGE is a 50+ year old, Atlanta headquartered, privately held company, producing the best Kamado style grill on earth. I have been an Egghead for almost 28 years, cooking on it 3-4 times a week. Many of you have eaten food I cooked on it and become Eggheads too. To those who are not yet, we can fix that. Come see me! I could not be more excited about this new role and joining the executive leadership team of this iconic brand. My new F-T role will commence in early January.
