As a founding team member at Nillion, a crypto infrastructure startup, and most recently serving as the Head of Growth for the UK at Lenus, Jack's expertise is a significant addition to our team. Harba’s product is recognized as one of the leading cloud based offerings and is already trusted by hundreds of marinas. Mark Aalborg has stepped in as CEO and we, at Bifrost, are excited to work closely with him and Harba’s team to scale internationally. The term ‘platform company’ is heavily used in VC, but what does it mean when we say that Bifrost Studios is a platform for startup studios? In our view, a startup studio needs two things: 1. A company creation process that takes the right ideas to market through a structured stage-gate model 2. Functional processes that make it possible to operate the studio and the ideas as they turn into full-fledged companies We are trying to solve for both with a platform approach, that entails both a blueprint company creation process and blueprint functional processes that can be upgraded to fit a specific vertical.
