Eight market sectors in real estate, the property markets, consume property data every day. And this data is updated almost on a daily basis - mostly by service providers. ???????? ?????????? ???????? ?????????????? ?????????????? ????????????????????. AEC is dependent on construction industry data from producers and regulators. Asset and property managers including leasing professionals are dependent on data created by those architects and engineers. Both require additional market data from finance and leasing markets. Property operation, occupancy and maintenance also relies on data that originated in design. Coming around in full circle, AEC designers and engineers which include independent contractors combine original property data with most recent producer regulation data to perform upgrades and maintenance services. ?????????? ???? ???????????????? ???????? ???????????? For decades, thought leaders have all agreed the state of property and its data is fragmented. Consumption is a manual process tech can solve but only when we connect build data to these users and their technologies.
