Congratulations to Institute for Public Administration (IPA) assistant policy scientist Chase Barnes on making this year's Delaware Business Times 40 Under 40 list! #DBT40 #UDBidenSchool
Assistant Policy Scientist, Biden School of Public Policy and Administration - Institute for Public Administration
I am proud and honored to be included in this year's cohort of Delaware Business Times 40 Under 40! It's exciting to be recognized alongside so many other DBT40 achievers and innovators in the First State. Special thanks to Columbia College, the University of Delaware, and the Biden School of Public Policy & Administration, University of Delaware for the educational and professional opportunities you have provided me - most recently on the Institute for Public Administration Local Government Grant Assistance Program team. Although there are too many to name, I would like thank all my family, friends, mentors, and peers who have supported me over the years in Delaware like Troy D. Mix, Collin Willard, Lori Denno Spagnolo, Mike Smith, William Lescas, Madison Matera, C. Taylor Cahill, and George Williams. I would also like to acknowledge that I would not be the public service professional I am today without people like Jeff Harris, Judith Baker, and Michael Campbell in Missouri and organizations like NSW Health in Australia who recognized my potential and took a chance hiring me early in my career. Here's to another decade of service!
