Bi-State Primary Care Association is a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization that represents New Hampshire and Vermont’s 28 Community Health Centers serving over 315,400 patients at 143 locations across every county in New Hampshire and Vermont. Bi-State works to promote access to quality, affordable primary health care with an emphasis on reaching underserved populations. Bi-State Primary Care Association was founded as a 501(c)(3) charitable organization in 1986 with offices in Bow, New Hampshire, and, Montpelier, Vermont.

??????We are thrilled to announce that Heather Skeels, Director of Health Data Operations at Bi-State and VRHA Project Director, has been honored as a 2024 Immunization Champion Award Winner! This award, hosted by the Association of Immunization Managers and funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, recognizes individuals doing an exemplary job or going above and beyond to promote or foster immunizations for children and adults in their communities. This year, each of the 46 award winners was nominated and selected from a pool of health professionals, community advocates, and other immunization leaders for significantly contributing to public health in their community. Today we celebrate our dear friend and colleague Susan Noon, MBA, APR, who is retiring from Bi-State after 15 years. As Director of Marketing and Development, Sue has been a delight to work with and an integral part of the Bi-State team! Her positive spirit and devotion to ensuring that those most in need have access to health care are inspiring. We will miss her greatly and wish her all the best in her well-deserved retirement.
