Last week's BLS report of 151,000 jobs added and 4.0% annual wage growth was overshadowed by near-term economic uncertainty. Despite those headlines, multifamily operational results continue to regain balance. More than one-third of markets have annual effective rent growth of 3.0% or higher heading into prime leasing season.
