As the founder of ByEyeConic, a luxury lifestyle brand, Ashlee Muhammad, a BHGHNY Alumna, has built more than just fashion—she’s created a movement. Through initiatives like BeEyeConic Fight Club, she empowers women by boosting their confidence and self-expression through clothing, blending style with wellness and self-care. Her work as a wardrobe stylist has taken her on tour with Cardi B and H.E.R., and she’s collaborated with MZ Wallace and NinetyNine Products, using fashion as a tool for empowerment. We were proud to honor Ashlee as our Mary Lanning Alumni Award Honoree at this year’s Women of Hope Benefit for her leadership, creativity, and impact.
