??***BHFPN 2025 Future Founders Scholarship - Announcing Winners*** ?? We are thrilled to announce the winners of our 2025 Future Founders Scholarship initiative. The scholarship provides funding for winners to attend our 4th Annual Miami Reception and the iConnections Global Alts Conference in Miami. For this year's scholarship, we received a highly competitive pool of close to 100 applications from students and early career professionals. Our judging panel had their work cut out selecting our ultimate winners from among many worthy applicants. ***New BHFPN Board Member*** We are pleased to announce the addition of Sumbo Ojikutu, CFA, CAIA - SVP, Strategy and Product Development at Two Sigma to our BHFPN Board. Sumbo brings a wealth of volunteering experience and enthusiasm for advancing BHFPN's mission. Most recently, she served on 100 Women in Finance's MidCareer Bridge committee (focused on members with 10-20 years of work experience with a 1000+ member based). She also currently serves as Vice Chair of Two Sigma's internal BEATS (Bridging Ethnicities at Two Sigma) ERG. We are excited to have Sumbo on our board and look forward to her contributions!?

As 2025 kicks off, we want to take the time to express our sincere thanks for your support throughout the past year. Over the course 2024, we made great strides on a number of activities and initiatives. Notably, early in the year, we published our first comprehensive report on the state of DE&I in the Hedge Fund Industry, “From Ambition to Action”. We were also excited to launch our first chapter event in Atlanta this past fall, with the help of dedicated volunteers and steadfast sponsors. We have continued to build on our initiatives for early career professionals, our Future Founders Scholarship and programming for Emerging Managers. All of the progress we have made to date would not be possible without the dedication and vision of our Board of Directors, chaired by Alan Bowser. A big thank you for your time and efforts!
