What a day! ?? Our friends at?AT&T?and DONALD DRIVER FOUNDATION surprised Club members with a $40,000 donation, backpacks filled school supplies, and 200 FREE laptops to take home! Special thanks to Donald Driver, Mayor Cavalier Johnson, County Executive David Crowley, Cousins Subs, and everyone who made this event possible!

Our City. Our Clubs. Our Future.? ? Thank you again to all who joined us at our 2024 MVP Salute to Youth, presented by Associated Bank. It was a wonderful night celebrating together and honoring individuals and organizations who help make an impact on BGC MKE and the youth in Milwaukee.

Our 2024 MVP Salute to Youth presented by Associated Bank, was a success! Nearly 600 people joined us at the newly renovated Baird Center for a night of celebration as we honored Milwaukee community individuals and organizations for their commitment and support for BGC MKE and the youth of Milwaukee. Congratulations to our MVP, Cory Nettles, and to our other honorees, Foley & Lardner LLP, the Milwaukee Police Department, Tanya Hines, Dr. Howard Fuller and our BGC MKE and Wisconsin Youth of the Year Loren Muwonge. Thank you to our generous sponsors and all of our attendees! Together we raised over 1.2 million dollars which will go directly to the Clubs. See you next year!

We are under one week away from our 2024 MVP Salute to Youth presented by Associated Bank! We are looking forward to an incredible night of celebration for those that support BGC MKE and Milwaukee’s youth. In addition to honoring our MVP Cory Nettles and our BGC MKE and Wisconsin Youth of the Year, Loren Muwonge, we will hear from our 2024 awardees, Tanya Hines, Foley & Lardner LLP, @Dr. Howard Fuller and the Milwaukee Police Department.?

Today BGC MKE celebrated the groundbreaking for 'Reimagining Sherman Park' a multimillion-dollar renovation of Sherman Park, home to our Mary Ryan Boys & Girls Club. Thank you to Milwaukee County Parks, Ascension Wisconsin, VJS Construction Services, Inc. and Herb Kohl Philanthropies for the support. We also appreciate County Executive David Crowley and Senator Latonya Johnson for speaking in the ceremony today. It takes a village and we are excited for construction to get underway!
