Ayer tuve el gusto de moderar el panel “Discutiendo la agenda futura de salud financiera” como parte del evento "Construyendo el futuro de la Salud Financiera en México" organizado por Fundación MetLife México y BFA Global. Abordamos la?relevancia y utilidad de las Encuestas?de Competencias Financieras de Banco de México y la Encuesta Nacional sobre Salud Financiera (ENSAFI) de la CONDUSEF para informar iniciativas concretas del sector público y privado que impulsen mejoras significativas?en la #saludfinanciera de la población. También destacamos el amplio trabajo que MetLife México, Fundación MetLife México y MetLife Foundation han apoyado para promover y posicionar el tema en México. Ayer tuve el gusto de moderar el panel “Explorando la implementación de iniciativas de salud financiera” como parte del evento "Construyendo el futuro de la salud financiera en México", organizado por Fundación MetLife México y BFA Global. Conversamos sobre fue la importancia de entender el contexto, sesgos conductuales y normas sociales en las cuales los individuos toman decisiones financieras a fin de garantizar que las soluciones sean eficaces. Asimismo, hablamos sobre la centricidad en el cliente para lograr que el análisis conductual se aterrice adecuadamente en el dise?o de productos y servicios financieros. El evento contó con una amplia varided de participantes (representantes de organismos reguladores, empresas, organizaciones de la sociedad civil) con un objetivo común: impulsar la salud financiera en el país. No exagero al decir que MetLife continua siendo el actor central dentro del sector privado para generar discusión y avances en la materia en el país.
