Thanks to supporters like YOU we hit (and CRUSHED) our End of Year Fundraising Goal! In the weeks leading up to the end of 2024… we raised over $159,343.26 from 114 donors and 6 generous matching sponsors: Hall Company, Global Protection Corp. , Atlantic Toyota, Solomon Metals Corp International Union of Painters and Allied Trades, and Public Consulting Group (PCG) These funds will be put to work right away as we expand our successful pilot of our “Classroom to the Streets” Fellowship program and implement some incredibly epic projects and plans over the next year. From our roots as a volunteer run, crowd-fund driven, project to today’s team that has implemented work across 13 communities with hundreds of pieces of art… We are nothing without the supporters and people and partners who believe in our team and our mission. We have 2 days remaining in our End of Year Campaign! Check out this great video featuring artist Golden and his recent Beyond Walls Piece at the Lynn Public Schools Early Childhood Education Center. The pairing of Golden’s joyful and playful artwork with the specific student learning outcomes and techniques shared by LPS educators created this stunning pieces. Each character represents a specific “Zone” within the Zones of Regulation, a technique educators use when communicating and problem solving with their students. Through our Classroom to the Streets Program (CTTS) Clandestinos and Fecteau-Leary High School Teacher Claire were paired to to design and install large-scale public art reflecting the diverse cultures of the local community while addressing specific student learning outcomes. ???? ?????? ?? ?????????????? ??????????.
