Love when you click "Unsubscribe" in an email, and then the unsubscribe page is like, "Did you mean to do this?" I agree with the challenge to Adobe about their subscription and renewal processes. It is less than optimal. However, I think it is time to look at @Mailchimp’s resistance to leave their platform as well. It is a very complicated resistant process and should also be evaluated. MailChimp should not be able to prevent you from leaving their platform just because your users have recently heard from you on their hosted campaigns. Anyone have any thoughts on this? I have been trying to transition to another provider for almost a year and MailChimp processes have prevented a simple transition. #digitalmarketing #MailChimp
