BEX Construction Services转å‘了
Problems arise on any construction project. No matter how clear the drawings are. No matter how good each of your subs is. No matter how good your general contractor is. No matter how great your job-site communication and coordination are. No matter how well-thought-out your day-1 schedule is. The magic happens when the architect, the subs and the general contractor can collaborate – and knock down each problem without finger-pointing and without ego. The ability to negotiate without burning relationships is, from my early view, one of the most important skills of a good general contractor. A good GC can handle tight schedules, big personalities, fickle weather and long lead times – always coming to the owner with a solution in hand, and without leaving scorched earth in their wake. BEX knows the St. Louis construction community is small. We get the privilege of working with the same great subcontractors, owners and architects time and again. And we’re not only looking to solve *this* problem – we’re also looking to build a reputation for being fair that makes all parties around the table ready and willing to collaborate on the *next* problem. It makes a difference. To some, a solved problem may look the same, no matter how it’s solved. But I got off the phone with a subcontractor last week – and they had this to say about working with BEX: “You all are one of the best GCs that I do work for personally. I feel like you guys look out for our best interests as well as the customers’. It makes a difference with subcontractor attitude, and attitude brings job-site performance and quality. It’d be nice if there were more BEX Construction’s in the world.†#GoodBetterBEX #CommercialGeneralContractor
