The correct phrase should be “Qué tiempo loco.” The accent on ????é is essential because it turns the word into an exclamation (???????? ?????????? ??????????????!). Without it, the sentence?doesn’t make sense at all! ?? In #Spanish, ????é with an accent is used for exclamations or questions, while ?????? without it is typically a conjunction (that) or a relative pronoun (who, which, that). ? Qué tiempo loco. ? Que tiempo loco. And yes, accent marks are just as important on capitalized words—so “QUé TIEMPO LOCO” would still need the accent! This little mark might seem minor, but it’s not.
