Thank you to BevCap Management LLC and John Kirke for inviting me to Dallas to speak at their annual Best Practices Workshop (seeing the eclipse was also a nice bonus). Beyond the presentation, I connected with HR, Ops, and other Finance leaders seeking new ways to engage and communicate with mostly non-desk employees. Reaching the hard-to-reach is challenging. When you layer on messaging and communications focused on shifting perceptions about employee benefits, wellness, and total rewards, it takes the change communications challenge to another level. The good news is that we can engage non-desk and front-line employees unlike ever before. We have faster, better, and less expensive ways to use tech and human-centric approaches to involve people in new conversations about the evolving employee-employer contract. Now is the time to revisit the conversation and think differently about engagement and accountability for overall benefits optimization. Simplicity is complex, yet when achieved, it's a powerful thing : )
