Partnering with ICE conference in Barcelona next week, we’re proud to share insights from one of our community members on what features she would like to see developed. Thrilled to share that I had the privilege of leading our second annual U.S. Women’s Tech Summit bringing together incredible talent across our Engineering, Product, and IT functions at DraftKings Inc. ??This event was all about investing in and retaining top talent by showcasing impactful sessions on executive readiness, performance management, career navigation, and mentorship. Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to highlight their success stories was truly inspiring. ????A special shoutout to Betting Ladies for hosting a fantastic sports betting workshop, and our partners at WomenHack for collaborating on a vibrant evening mixer for Women in Tech across Greater Boston. ??The energy and innovation we saw reinforce why initiatives like these matter. ?Huge thanks to Kathryn Hill Schrumpf, Jayadev Gopinath Brandon Ellis Carli Hairston Erin Kinback Maria Ferrini Bethany Meek and the countless others who made this event a reality.
