Watching these passionate individuals grow in confidence, knowledge, and readiness was a powerful reminder of why this work matters! So much ESSER funding went in to purchasing instructional materials. ($18.9 billion, to be exact!) But High-Quality Instructional Materials are only PART of the puzzle.
