Over 40,000 new healthcare positions added last month alone! From nurses to medical technicians, there are a lot of opportunities. ?? 2. Telehealth is showing growth with roles up by 25%! Digital health is here to stay, offering flexible and accessible care. ??? 3. Specific skills in demand: job openings for geriatric care up by 15%, mental health up by 20%, and chronic disease management on the rise. ???? 4. AI is growing rapidly in healthcare with AI and machine learning-related roles up by 30%. ???? 5. Flexible Work Options ?? This one surprised me but remote and hybrid job postings are up by 40%! ?? ?? What does this mean for you? Whether you’re a seasoned pro or just starting out, the healthcare sector is brimming with opportunities. Something to think about! ?? The question I have is what happens to the healthcare sector when economies are in recessions?

?? Having goals is great and maybe even a must, but what truly makes a difference are the systems and processes we set up to reach those goals. Instead of just aiming to "increase sales by 20%," focus on creating a daily outreach system. For example, commit to contacting 5 new prospects every day. This breaks a daunting goal into manageable daily actions. If you don't have the right process and systems in place, it doesn't matter that you have a lot of motivation and desire. Next time you set a goal, think about the systems and processes you need to put in place to achieve it. Trust me, it’s a game-changer! ????

Every breakthrough, every leap forward (shoutout to Betterleap ??), happens when someone dares to see things differently. To me, an open mind is a mind that embraces curiosity, open to question the status quo and is not afraid to fail. Over the years, I've worked with and mentored many CEOs, founders, operators, and investors. Over time, I noticed that some of the most resilient and successful founders use this word way more than others. The word is ... ?? YET. "I haven't found product market fit ... YET" "We haven't figured out our GTM strategy .. YET" "I don't know how to recruit a better team ... YET" "I haven't been able to close this customer ... YET" and the list goes on and on. This very word changes your entire mindset from defeated to never giving up. From no action to action. It forces you to continue looking for solutions. Hey LinkedIn friends! ?? Just got my hands on the latest jobs report from June 2024, and it’s packed with some interesting insights! ?? Here are a few interesting points: 1?? Employment Growth: We saw an addition of 250,000 jobs this month. Businesses are ramping up hiring, and it’s good news for job seekers. The largest sector this month is actually Tech (kinda surprising), followed by Healthcare. ?? 2?? Unemployment Rate: The unemployment rate dipped to 3.6%, down from 3.7% last month. More people are getting back to work, which is always a positive trend. ?? 3?? Industry Insights: ???? Tech: Added 50,000 jobs. I'm not sure if this is solely driven by AI or not, but it's definitely a step in the right direction. ?? ???? Healthcare: Saw an increase of 40,000 jobs, driven by demand in both hospitals and outpatient services. ?? ??♀? Construction: Added 30,000 jobs, thanks to ongoing infrastructure projects. ??? ??? Retail: Increased by 20,000 jobs, showing resilience despite economic pressures. ??? The overall picture seems positive especially for Tech and Healthcare. However, sectors like manufacturing and hospitality are still facing some challenges. Does this reflect what you see in practice?
