Meet Andrew Santore (he/him), Partnerships Development Manager at BetterHelp! Andrew began his career in Talent Acquisition at a data & analytics specialty recruitment firm – where he signed BetterHelp as a client and started recruiting for our Data and Product teams. Soon after, he was inspired to join our company as our first Talent Acquisition hire! After building out the BetterHelp Talent Acquisition program for over two years, he transitioned into his current role on the Partnerships team. In his role as Partnerships Development Manager at BetterHelp, Andrew manages a diverse marketing partner portfolio, prospects new potential partnerships, and oversees the inbound partner application process. His work is driven by a passion for destigmatizing mental health and making therapy services more accessible. One thing he wishes people knew about BetterHelp? “I've always felt incredibly supported in my growth here at BetterHelp, and our culture is special. We've built such a tight-knit, passionate team that I'm genuinely excited to work with every day. It's inspiring to be part of a mission that truly helps people.“ Thanks to his work-life balance, Andrew loves traveling, trying new restaurants, and staying active through running! Thank you for your incredible contributions to the BetterHelp team and mission, Andrew! ?? #employeespotlight

TW: Suicide It’s time to retire the phrase, “I’m fine” when we don’t really mean it. If you or someone you know is struggling, consider using these phrases instead to express your emotions. Sometimes, one phrase makes all the difference. #WorldSuicidePreventionDay Disclaimer: BetterHelp is not a crisis line and should not be used in emergencies. If you are in immediate distress or experiencing a crisis, please contact a local emergency service or a dedicated crisis helpline such as the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-TALK (8255) or text "HOME" to 741741

Losing a job, facing rejection, or missing out on an opportunity can be tough. There is real grief that can come with these moments, and it’s nothing to be ashamed of. When these feelings come up, remember that your worth isn’t defined by a single setback. It’s all about how you pick yourself back up, learn from any mistakes made along the way, and move forward. Take the time to process and heal, and trust that new opportunities are ahead. #NationalGriefAwarenessDay

So you graduated college…now what? You’ve just experienced one of the biggest milestones in your life – hopefully filled with celebration, joy, and a huge sense of accomplishment. But you’re also faced with new challenges: the pressure of finding a job, adjusting to a new work environment, or dealing with the anxiety of not knowing what comes next. If you're feeling lost after graduating, know that you're not alone: A lot of us find this time challenging. Here are some things you can try to help soothe the post-grad blues: 1. Build a new daily routine. 2. Start tracking your goals and how you’ll reach them. 3. Explore new opportunities and try new things. 4. Go out and meet new people! You never know who’s out there. 5. Celebrate small wins – even if it’s just one submitted application! 6. Seek advice from mentors, professors, family, and friends. The road after graduation might not be straight, but it's full of potential and possibility. You've made it this far, now the next chapter is yours to write ??
