    Introducing Arwin and Liberty – Our Paw-some Performers of the Month! Meet Arwin Siador, our Email Marketing Manager on the Provider Growth team, and his adorable three-year-old Maltipoo, Liberty. Arwin supports our mission by growing and bringing in therapists to our platform furthering our impact on the mental wellness of our members. If Liberty had a job title, what would it be? Pup-lic Relations Officer—she’s an expert at greeting everyone, being the friendly face of the team, and, of course, strategically seeking attention and treats. Liberty loves making surprise cameos during meetings, getting into mischief, and ensuring I take breaks away from the "big rectangle" (aka my computer). How does having a pet impact your work-life balance? Liberty is a constant reminder to step away from the screen and take care of myself. She helps me maintain perspective, reminding me that life extends beyond the 9-to-5 grind. How does having a pet support your mental well-being on rough (ruff) days? Liberty gives me an outlet to focus on something beyond myself. Even on tough days when I'm struggling mentally, she’s always there—unwavering and full of love. No matter how much (or little) energy I have to give, she takes whatever affection I offer and returns it tenfold. Liberty reminds us all that work-life balance isn’t just about time management—it’s about making space for joy, connection, and a few unexpected cameos during meetings. ????
