This is our moment to step up and be the light for our neighbors. Many families are struggling due to this season’s hurricanes, but you can help — as a church, a company, or an individual. Walk with us alongside families impacted by the storms. We need volunteers and local church and employer partners to help us get supplies and teams to deliver relief to families who are struggling to get basic necessities. Here’s how you can help: ?? For the last month I’ve been hosting the sweetest girl through Better Together. Yesterday she came with us to the neighborhood she grew up in to serve families that have no power, food, or water after Hurricane Milton. We provided over 130 children and families with basic needs and built meaningful relationships so we can continue to help them rebuild their lives after the devastating storm. As we were serving families, I overheard my host kid telling other parents that they can trust Better Together because we’ve changed her life ?? Small commitments can make life-changing impacts! Now they face additional challenges, like no food or water, no transportation to hurricane relief centers, home repairs they can’t afford, and an impossible decision between going to work to afford rent or staying home to care for their children while schools are closed.
