关于我们
At Better Life Partners, our mission is to provide whatever it takes to help people heal from addiction. Whenever, wherever. We deliver community-based and virtual medical and behavioral health care, providing our members with easy and fast access to treatment in the right place for them. Our services include opioid and alcohol use disorder treatment, with mental and physical healthcare services for our members. Our “whole person” care is built upon deep community partnerships. We partner with local organizations to provide harm reduction and integrated medical, behavioral, and social care. We work hand-in-hand with mission-driven community organizations, treatment providers, and public health organizations to bring better care to the people they serve. We’re building the multispecialty practice of the future — delivering value-based care backed by technology and a caring team of providers, community health workers, counselors, and support staff. Our Chief Health Officer David de Gijsel recently presented at #INHSU2024 in Athens on the importance of treating hepatitis C by meeting people where they are. He shared the findings from a recent study by Better Life Partners, various academic institutions, public health agencies, and community partners, showing that immediate treatment for hepatitis C via telemedicine and a mobile van increases the odds of cure 4-fold compared to referral to a specialist. The full findings of the study are forthcoming, but you can read more here about the utility of a mobile van in this treatment approach: https://buff.ly/4eZTfIQ

#BLPintheCommunity: As #RecoveryMonth comes to a close, we're feeling grateful for the chance to make connections and spread hope. Just look at how much our recovery chain has grown, each one an encouraging word or memorial note ??

Phew! What an incredible Recovery Month “linking up” with friends, partners and the community across New Hampshire. Better Life Partners was present at 10 Recovery Community Events across NH this month and at each one we invited everyone to write links with words of encouragement, in memory of, or whatever else they’d like you to add to our traveling recovery chain. It has been so inspiring to see everyone come together this month and to watch the chain grow. We are immensely grateful to be a part of the network of incredible organizations working to support this community.
