It's been a busy fall at Better Balance. We're so happy to share that we have made two more matches! Congrats to Office Evolution Round Rock and Natalia Campbell. You can see Natalia when you visit the beautiful and conveniently located Office Evolution Round Rock. We also want to congratulate Corrin Gani, CPA for her new temp Admin Assistant, Tanya Wohleb. While we don't normally work on temp roles, we love Corrin and she needed help and we had a great candidate for her. So it all worked out. If you or someone you know (and love) is struggling in their small business because they need help managing the day-to-day responsibilities, please send them our way. We have wonderful candidates who are looking to work anywhere from 10 to 40 hours/week in administrative, office management, bookkeeping or accounting roles. We also have candidates with experience in project management, marketing, finance and a variety of other areas.

What a great day at last week’s Texas Conference for Women! Sharon Seaberg Nabhan and I shared a booth and talked to many women looking for more balance and fulfillment in their work. It was so fun hearing women say, “Wait! Is this a thing? Are there really jobs like this?!?” Yes, yes there are. There is no shortage of people who want or need this type of work for various reasons - in fact most women said they would use their non-work time to take better care of themselves…interesting...
