Last Tuesday night was BethelBiz Kick-off and it was so fun to see all of our mentors and mentees begin getting to know each other and officially start their mentorship! Small groups got the chance to engage more personally with each other and make new connections! We are praying that all of our pairings will learn more about each other, grow personally and professionally, and have a great mentorship experience. Thank you to all of our mentors and mentees who came out and made it a great night!

The BethelBiz Year End event was such a wonderful night of reflection for our mentors and mentees. Over dinner, mentors and mentees were able to discuss this year with each other and learn about other mentorship relationships in the program. They were able to gain knowledge on “Understanding the Power of Intergenerational Leadership” in a panel format with Jacob McCullough, Josie Harms, and Ian Stelter, senior Business students in the program. We hope this year of mentorship was impactful for mentors and mentees and that the relationships developed will continue in the future! We thank you for your participation in the program and the intentionality that everyone brought to the relationships. We look forward to seeing all of our returning mentors and mentees at the Fall Kickoff on October 1st!
