If you don’t have an answer, it’s time to build a succession plan. Succession planning doesn’t have to be complicated. Here’s a simple framework: ?? Identify the key roles—Think about the positions (yours included!) that, if left unfilled, would cause a major disruption. ?? Develop potential successors—Who in your org could step into these roles?
