Rance Meadows, builder for Betenbough Homes Lubbock West, lost his job at Betenbough Homes in 2020 due to a drug test. He walked a difficult road of addiction, divorce, a custody battle, and treatment – all while his former Betenbough leaders continued to love and support him. In 1992, Ron and Rick set out to provide quality, affordable homes for first-time buyers in Lubbock, laying the foundation for everything we do today. Holly’s leadership helped carry that vision forward, impacting countless lives along the way. Their legacy of faith, generosity, and servant leadership continues to inspire us every day.
