A huge thank you to Brittany Galko from CohnReznick LLP for taking the time to visit the Barney School of Business and share valuable insights about the firm and the challenges of imposter syndrome in public accounting. Hearing firsthand from professionals who have navigated the industry was both inspiring and reassuring. Public accounting can be demanding, and many of us experience moments of self-doubt. The discussion on imposter syndrome reminded us that growth often comes from stepping outside our comfort zones and embracing the learning process. Shoutout to our BAP faculty advisor Jenna Tang, and E-board members Austin Gambel, Jacqueline Wolf, Kylar M. and Anna Vumback. CohnReznick’s commitment to mentorship and professional development was evident, and I truly appreciate the transparency and encouragement shared during the session. These conversations help bridge the gap between classroom knowledge and real-world experiences, preparing us for the road ahead. #CohnReznick #BarneySchoolOfBusiness #universityofhartforrd #PublicAccounting #ImposterSyndrome #ProfessionalGrowth
