?? This state-of-the-art facility is now in use by the first team and occasionally by other MLS teams and National Teams visiting the Compass Minerals National Performance Center.
?? Developed in collaboration with top EPL and MLS coaches, our fitness park and arena provide a comprehensive training environment that combines advanced sport and fitness equipment with a revolutionary soccer skill and fitness training methodology.

The BeStrong fitness park and arena offer unparalleled functionality for training agility, balance, coordination, speed, flexibility, power, strength, recovery, pre- and post-activation, and injury prevention. They also optimize cognitive-motor skills such as perception, reaction, decision-making, and concentration through innovative training methods.
