???Transforming community spaces!??? Following our visit last year, some of the BAD team have recently been back hard at work renovating the YMCA garden. As part of our 'Take 2' initiative, employees can take 2 days to participate in a charity or community project of their choice. The project has been a labour of love, bringing the team together to create a vibrant, welcoming space for the residents - from planting new flowers to boldly painting fences.
