BAD is a female-founded, independent behaviour change agency. We exist to help our global enterprise clients solve behavioural challenges that hinder their success. We work at the nexus of behavioural science, design and technology to affect and sustain behaviour change in organisations. We have a team of experienced Designers, Writers and Developers who are supported by the knowledge and insights of our in-house Behavioural Science consultants. We love to use their insights to design and execute digital experiences and interventions that have genuine, measurable impact on employee behaviours. Over the past four years, our large-scale digital interventions have reached more than 3 million employees, supporting our clients on a huge variety of subjects across the world in a variety of languages. BAD is a member of the WEConnect International community. BAD things we do: 1.     ???Transforming community spaces!??? Following our visit last year, some of the BAD team have recently been back hard at work renovating the YMCA garden. As part of our 'Take 2' initiative, employees can take 2 days to participate in a charity or community project of their choice. The project has been a labour of love, bringing the team together to create a vibrant, welcoming space for the residents - from planting new flowers to boldly painting fences.
