Best Frame Forward

If you know Paul "Batman" Collins-Hackett and "The Kane Enterprises" crew with #TheRedbookshelf (www.theredbookshelf.org), you know they do incredible work in the Capital Region to foster a love for reading among children. You may also know that they take inspiration from superheroes and comics, particularly the "Bat Family" of the DC universe. I've met Paul and the team at events I worked over the past year, and shortly after I captured pix of Paul receiving the Philanthropist of the Year award this past spring from United Way of the Greater Capital Region, we finally put things together for new photos. I had a great time with Paul and his team at the Best Frame Forward studio at Hone Coworks last month, and we're ready to share the results! Each team member portrays a superhero in their outreach efforts, so what better way to capture headshots but to go with comic-inspired 'secret identity' images! The lighting and color are dramatic, and play off the color scheme of their chosen character. ?? Several years ago, the whisper of my soul said - 'you're meant for more.' That nudge has gained momentum and the moment has arrived. I've never been one to shy away from taking major leaps in my life. Every re-alignment I've made from my 'deeper knowing' has radically transformed my world in the most beautiful of ways. Reminding me what's important, and who I am. ?? Last week marked the end of a 15 year corporate career. The last 10 of which I've been blessed to have had the opportunity to not only lead Marketing - but more importantly, lead phenomenal talent and get to know some really amazing people along the way. Several who will undoubtedly be a part of my life from here on out. Today, marks the start of a new chapter. Heart-led, on my terms. I am leaping into #entrepreneur life as Founder and Chief Energy Officer of my intuitive coaching & brand consulting business. I'll be launching a podcast in the New Year, writing my next book, keynote speaking, masterclass coaching and so much more. But, for now? I'll be settling into a new routine and enjoying some much needed time with my family. What we 'do' isn't always 'who we are' and in this phase of my life - what I am doing, is exactly who I am.
