To be honest, we needed to change some things..... and we did. As a team, with a coordinated effort, we put together a huge effort to analyze, study and improve our processes as a Christian Non-Profit. Everyone of our staff were involved. This year, we reevaluated ourselves and guess what happened? We questioned, changed, trained and improved. We were above the 90th percentile of improvement as compared to other BCW certified companies. Love what you do, live to do it with excellence.
