To kick off the new year, more than 300 Best Buddies International colleagues from around the world?came together?for our annual Staff Leadership Conference. We spent the week training, collaborating, and connecting — sharing ideas, learning from each other, and celebrating victories from the year that was. Missouri was recognized for a record-setting 2024, expanding our mission to new heights thanks to the effort and enthusiasm of our committed volunteers, staff, and supporters. But we are not satisfied. There is much more work to be done across the state, and we are FIRED UP about the life-changing impact we will create in 2025!!
