More than 100 VSys clients recently responded to our annual survey. We learned that less than 20% of volunteer departments were back to pre-covid volunteer numbers but 29% were “almost” back: That makes 49%. That being said, 40% said they were not back.? On another topic we were impressed to see that 90% of respondents had DEI programs for their organization and almost 40% had expanded these to include volunteer programs. Way to go people!
