Last month marked Berkshire Partners' 10th anniversary of participating in the Reach the Beach relay, a 204-mile non-stop journey from the White Mountains to Hampton Beach, NH. Our dedicated team ran in support of Breakthrough T1D (formerly JDRF), raising funds to advance critical research and advocacy for those affected by Type 1 Diabetes. Over the past decade, we've collectively raised more than $1.2 million for this vital cause. This year, we proudly fielded 30 runners, including a six-person sprint team and two full-distance teams, both of which completed the relay in under 30 hours! We are immensely proud of everyone’s contributions and unwavering commitment to Breakthrough T1D's mission.
