In October, BHHC employees rolled up their sleeves and gave back to our communities during the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation’s Month of Giving. Led by our Employee Resource Group, BHHC Gives Back, we’re proud to share that BHHC ranked 4th in volunteer hours in the West: ? 76 employees volunteered time ? 199 hours were dedicated to making an impact We spent time packing food boxes at Los Angeles Regional Food Bank, volunteering at the 65 Roses Golf Classic for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, beautifying spaces at Variety, the Children's Charity of the Delaware Valley, thanking our military with Operation Gratitude, writing encouraging cards to those battling cancer with Phil's Friends, volunteering at SF Family House Inc., and more! Our team showed the true meaning of teamwork and generosity. These efforts not only strengthen our neighborhoods but also reflect the values we live by every day at BHHC. Today, BHHC has expanded its footprint nationally, while remaining committed to our heritage of offering the personalized service of a local homestate insurance company.

We were honored to attend and sponsor the 9th annual Patriots Ball hosted by the Southwest Veterans Chamber of Commerce (SWVCC) benefitting the SOUTHWEST VETERANS FOUNDATION LLC. Throughout the evening, we heard many stories of resilience and inspiration, and we deeply appreciate the sacrifices and dedication of our veterans. Will Quiala, MBA, CIC, delivered a poignant message about the 81,000+ MIA/POW soldiers still missing, igniting a renewed sense of empathy for the countless families whose lives were forever altered by the absence of their loved ones. The uncertainty of closure for these families is a cruel reminder of the enduring pain and unanswered questions that accompany such loss. It was inspiring to be among dedicated organizations and advocates who support Arizona’s veterans.
