On August 13, we hosted the Physical Sciences Early Career Enrichment Program (ECEP) Networking Event to welcome Berkeley Lab’s 2024 DOE ECEP cohort. The event introduced them to scientific and engineering leadership across the Physical Sciences Area and included tours, presentations, and a lunchtime networking session with staff and students. ECEP enhances early career researchers' understanding of the diverse fields of science, engineering, and operations at Berkeley Lab, while helping them build meaningful connections with leadership, staff, and peers.
