A Cooper's Hawk that got stuck in Building 77 Mechanical Fabrication Shop at Berkeley Lab has been safely released back into the wild! After being rescued by Bay Raptor Rescue and spending a few days recovering at Lindsay Wildlife Experience, the hawk was returned to the Lab and set free. With 20 years of industry?experience,?Matthew will be working on the DUNE-ND project, designing electrical systems that are pushing the boundaries?of innovation. The Engineering Division celebrated a historic moment by signing the final structural beam of Collaboration Commons, Berkeley Lab’s newest facility!
