Learnings from the Finnish Pay Equity Leadership Summit ?? Last week, we joined L?hiTapiola for a 1-day leadership event where #payequity & #paytransparency were the main focus. Thank you for inviting us to such an important conversation, where we could share our learnings from our work supporting global companies in navigating the path toward pay transparency and compliance. Special thanks to Leena Sandgren and Jari Collan for their support and for hosting this networking summit, and to Gulya (Gulchekhra) Bakeberg from PUMA Group, for her inspiring case study and leadership in the pay equity space! With legislation like the #EUPayTransparencyDirective quickly coming into effect, this summit couldn't have been more relevant.
