This week, our team had the pleasure of participating in the Crain's New York Business Power Breakfast Series. The guest speaker was Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) Chair & CEO Janno Lieber. This was a great informative event about the city subway's technology upgrades, safety improvements, streamlining of payment systems, along with other key priorities. ? The MTA NYC subway is one of the largest (665 miles) and oldest (1904) in the world, covering all five NYC boroughs: Queens, Manhattan, Brooklyn, The Bronx, and Staten Island. ? The subway represents a vital economic engine of the Big Apple, moving about 3.6 million riders per day.
