Founded in 1966 by Robert Benoure, Sr., Benoure Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning began as a local, family-run mechanical contractor serving the greater Burlington area. Over the years, Robert’s four sons took the reins, expanding the business and establishing it as one of Vermont's leading mechanical contractors. Today, Benoure continues to provide top-tier plumbing, heating, and air conditioning services, upholding the same commitment to quality and customer satisfaction that has defined our company for generations. In June 2022, we expanded our capabilities with the addition of a custom sheet metal fabrication shop. This strategic investment has enhanced our ability to meet the diverse needs of our customers with precision and efficiency, enabling us to offer more comprehensive solutions, reduce turnaround times, and improve service flexibility. In 2024, Benoure became 100% employee-owned, ushering in a new era for the company.
