It's a tool to help individuals and workplaces improve wellbeing and performance by understanding and balancing work-life demands and resources, and screening for potential Psychosocial Risks. Based on Arnold's Job Demands-Resources Theory, the D:R Tracker is where leading edge science meets usability! So I am really happy to announce the first upgrades to the Test Tracker are now live.
