Take risks, speak up, and stay true to yourself. “Don’t be afraid to take risks and speak up, especially about things you believe in and are passionate about. Also, always be authentic to your true self—people can spot an imposter from a mile away. When I was coming up for partner, I felt pressure to fit a certain mold, but I realized that my greatest success came when I embraced who I truly am.
