Last Saturday, our Chef at The Sea Fire Grill and I had the pleasure of participating in the New York City Wine and Food Festival ‘Caviar and Cocktail’ event. We delighted over 500 guests with our popular tuna tartare in sesame waffle cups, elegantly garnished with Black River Caviar generously provided by NYCWFF. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with many attendees praising our offerings as the highlight of the venue.
