Welcome to our new Chief Marketing Officer, Joseph Jaffe. It's been 27 years since his last brand position (then at NANDO'S CHICKENLAND LIMITED) but he still compares marketing to his peri-peri days. "The success of Nando's came down to 3 things: the chicken, the marketing of the chicken and the people behind the chicken.
