In the latest ?? BGV portfolio company Grid Dynamics has announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 5.75 million shares at $17.25 per share, with expected net proceeds of approximately $93.4 million after expenses. The proceeds will support working capital, capital expenditures, and other general corporate purposes including acquisitions. The offering is expected to close on November 14, 2024.
