Construction has officially begun on Spencer Town Park! https://lnkd.in/g9CM_xDE This project will transform a portion of an existing asphalt parking lot into a vibrant green space in downtown Spencer, NC and includes a 12,000 square-foot lawn, walking loop, multi-purpose pavilion and interactive water feature. In addition to developing the site-specific plan, Benesch helped the town secure grant funding and will oversee construction to bring the community’s vision to life.
