This acquisition marks our third major purchase this month, underscoring our aggressive growth strategy in key markets. Spanning over 18 acres, The Shops at Midtown Miami is home to an impressive lineup of national retailers, including Target, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Marshalls, HomeGoods and Ross Dress for Less. The center is a popular shopping destination in the Midtown Miami district, attracting over 3.4 million annual visitors. Benderson proudly announces the acquisition of Park Plaza, an iconic property on Park Avenue in Orlando's premier Winter Park neighborhood. Park Plaza features a mix of retail shops on the ground floor and a 28-room boutique hotel on the second floor, all in the center of the charming Park Avenue district.

Benderson is expanding its Florida portfolio with the new acquisition of Cypress Trace, a 280,000-sq.-ft. grocery-anchored shopping center in Fort Myers. Located at the key intersection of US 41 and Daniels Parkway, Cypress Trace is home to a diverse mix of national and local retailers, including Bealls Florida, Winn-Dixie, Five Below, Burlington and more.

Greetings from Big Sky Country! Benderson has officially entered a new state with a new acquisition in Montana. This purchase of a freestanding Walgreens on 2527 N. Reserve Street in Missoula expands our company's national footprint to 40 states.

Benderson is celebrating a new acquisition: Carillon Place in Naples, FL. The 250,000-square-foot open-air shopping center is located at the intersection of Airport-Pulling Road N and Pine Ridge Road and home to national retailers T.J. Maxx, DSW and Walmart.
